Welcome to February all!

I finally finished the sketch for my best friend's birthday. I'm not happy with parts of it, but if I don't tell you, maybe you won't notice. That's my theory anyway :P. I've finished the background, and now I'm waiting for it to dry so that I can remove the masking fluid and begin the figure.

I'll admit, it's not actually that short. Just above bsl. But it's short for me. I haven't had my hair this short in years. It's about 6 inches shorter than it used to be. My best friend is moving ot Wagga Wagga. For 6 years. On the 15th of February. I know I'll be able to see her a lot still, but I feel like crying. She's going to the uni there for Vet Science, and apparently their semesters and things are longer than ours. I only found out she was definitely going this afternoon. Tasmania was awesome. It is such a beautiful place! I have so many memories, and we have over 2000 photos! Once I've sortyed through some of the best I'll post some! I'm in Tasmania from January 2nd -22nd. I doubt very much that I'll be posting in this time, and I won't have much of an opportunity to check emails. I hope everyone has an awesome January! I'll be catching up on my f-list when I come back.
