Night one of cleanse: I feel great, had energy all day, but had hunger pains. Not too strong and no real desire for food, the lemonade was satisfying enough to help curb hunger pains and keep you from eating. The lemonade tastes pretty good. did flush and it worked kinda. no desire to smoke until night time and everyone was smoking. not bad enough ( Read more... )
