Even if it's rare: if it's the world's worst pain, don't you think more attention should be paid to it? Don't you think more should be done to cure it? If it's the world's worst pain and has such a high suicide rate (with so many thinking about dying every day)---put them together, and what do you have---don't you think something should be done about it?
