I did not get the management position. It was given to someone much younger than me with over ten years *less* experience as a nurse. Politics fucks me in the ass again...with no lube. Plus, I refuse to kiss ass. I never have. I never will.

The real kicker...I got thanked for doing such a great job running the unit for the past month. Oh gee. Thanks for all your hard work, but the job is going to someone else.
