Sandwich meme (HP, Merlin, Hetalia)

How would character X go about making a sandwich and/or eating it?
benebu asked about my fanon Hetalia character, Indo-kun. Am doing Draco and Arthur too, because I haven't written them for awhile...
IDK about British sandwich eating etiquettes/way, so the following is mostly about sandwich making. Also, the only cucumber sandwich I've encountered is in The Importance of Being Earnest.
[HP] Draco (and Harry): Draco, after his initial surprise that sandwiches don't come pre-assembled, would set his mind on making the most perfect cucumber sandwiches ever. Upon mastering muggle cooking skills, he invited Potter to tea.
Narcissa managed to track down most of the Black silver that Mundungus sold, so Draco is currently using the Black tea service for guests (Bonus points for pissing Potter off).
[Merlin] Arthur (and Merlin): ModernDay!AU. Arthur makes sure to leave out tomatoes and meat when assembling sandwiches for Merlin. He refuses to let Merlin make sandwiches for him because he (rightfully) suspects that Merlin would try to pass off baked tofu or quorn as 'meat.'
When eating out, Arthur would order two meat sandwiches and transfer all of Merlin's meat* to his own sandwich. Merlin can still smell the meat on his now-meatless sandwich, but he lets Arthur get away with it since: 1) Arthur's paying for it, and 2) He's used to non-vegetarian kisses by now.
* Intentional pun is intentional.
[Hetalia] Indo-kun: When Indo-kun needs to stretch his food budget (and can't even afford instant noodles + egg), he would eat a single slice of cheap white bread per meal. The bread loaf has to be kept in the fridge or it will spoil in the hot, humid weather.
When Indo-kun is eating regular meals of rice (and/or noodles), he would sometimes have bread as an afternoon/midnight snack. First, he puts one slice of white bread on a plate (because crumbs = ants). Then, he spreads a layer of yellow margarine on top and then sprinkles sugar all over it. He often enjoys this open-faced sandwich with a mug of extra strong black coffee (with a heap of sugar stirred in).
Indo-kun has an infamous sweet tooth but is magically not diabetic. Yet.
