I did manage to make it out for a bit this morning.  Brother came and picked me up.  We broke our fast at Frisch's then hit up Kroger and UDF for some cocoa.  Got into a snow throwing fight when we were cleaning off my car, the drifts came up above my knees!

I've been in all day because of the snow.  I think we really might have ended up somewhere above 15 inches.  I'll find out sometime, I suppose.

 It is snowing like a mother trucker out there!  All this year, we've had piddly little snows, an inch here, two inches there.  Now we're getting what I was waiting for.  If I had to guess I'd say 5 or 6 inches now with more on the way.

It figures.  Day one of Spring Break and I wake up with a scratchy voice.  Today, this is what I sound like "        ."  Or maybe you can hear some of it.  But my voice is pretty much nonexistent.  My throat feels scratchy but I don't feel bad or anything.  But I think I always get sick around school holidays.

Girl Sam and I decided to have curbside takeaway from Outback tonight (yum).  So I was introduced to the Buffy series with the musical episode, "Once More, With Feeling."  Thoroughly enjoyed it.  I have to say I shied away from the series because I hated the film.  Lame.  But the episode was good and I'll definitely watch some more.  Then we ( Read more... )
