Today has had plenty of ups and downs, to say the least.  Want to recap?  Y'know I do.  :)

When I got to work this morning, I found out my partner had called in for the day.  Brandon was the spare, but they weren't sending him to replace my partner.  Then I got the biggest surprise ever: Rob!  They called Rob in early to be my partner!  The playground has never been so much fun.  Rob and I haven't worked together in months and we just have this ridiculous energy when we're together.  We ran into Trent downstairs on one of our breaks and even he picked it up.  He said, "I don't know what it is about you two, but there's always this extra energy."  Our captain, Ken, rolled his eyes when he realized that we were partners.  I laughed and claimed that the department wasn't crazy enough to put us together more frequently because we're crazy together.

Anyway, it was a wonderful day.  I got to work with Rob and Brandon.  It was Linzi's last day.  She's a force-bid attendant there from New Castle, England, and she's such a sweetheart.  We got to dance with her on set and I'm looking forward to pictures.

We had another inspection today and passed.  We got fruit snacks as a reward...and a letter about the code of conduct regarding decorations.  They yelled at us because we have a Disney poster in the hallway and a few other posters on our walls.  Last program, they didn't care at all.  Now, they said they're going to "contact us at a later date to discuss the matter at hand."  They're making it sound like we just drank underage or got caught with drugs.

I'm just aggravated.  First they said, nothing on the walls. Period.  Then they said sure, if it's on a bulletin board.  But we put up stuff anyway and they didn't say a word.  So, what's the problem?  I'm way lost.  It's not like the walls are brand new.  They're are pin marks all over them that were here long before we were.  I'm not making new holes; I'm using the old ones.  (Yes, I'm aware that I'm rationalizing.  But still.  It wasn't a problem before.  Why should it be a problem now?)
