A little belated post. This is my attempt at delaying all of the important things I have to do tonight before going to bed. And, apparently, I'm succeeding.
My family has come and gone. I don't really have the time to talk about the whole thing, so I'll make a note to post about the visit later.
I'm in the middle of a six-day play week. I spent Wednesday with Pooh Bear and the last two days with my sassy kitty cat. Tomorrow, I'm with Pooh Bear again and I'm excited. (I love hanging out at the Palace.) Then it's back to Studios for fun and laughs with Wazwoski and Mittens. It has been a crazy three days so far. Six days of play, one day of break. Wow.
Tomorrow ought to be fun, though. After playing at the Palace with Pooh Bear, Crystal and Josh and I are heading over to the Studios to see if we can get into the American Idol filming (which reminds me that I actually have to wear semi-nice clothes to work tomorrow).
In other news, my Entertainment class is over. It wasn't exactly what I was thinking, but it wasn't terrible either. I was as sick as Bolt for my last class. (Get it? Bolt is a dog..."sick as a dog"? Get it? No? Moving on...) But I somehow managed to get the highest score on our trivia test and got first prize: a bag of random college program stuff (playing cards, cups, mugs, notebooks) and a college program toaster that imprints a smiley face. (I know...how random can you get?) Toast party at my place!
Sadly, since I was sick, I missed the dance workshop that night. But I'm not too disappointed. From what I've been hearing, it's basically another Block Party Bash, which is very difficult dancing. And my dancing isn't quite a yellow yet. But it will be.
However, I have really good news from today!
After talking to the staging specialists, I found out that half of the reason they're pulling Mittens in January is because the height range is going to be in high demand for new and upcoming training!! *squeal* SO excited!
In other news, I went out last night with Rob, Crystal, and Josh. The waitress thought that we were on a double date and gave us two checks. We drove to Wal-Mart singing showtunes and it was one of the best nights ever. (6-9-09)
Okay, I've stalled for long enough. Time to be productive again.
