UltraBar, Relay for Life, Victor's 21st

Friday night, I went to dinner at Papa Razzi in g-town with Shalini, Marlaina and her friends from NYU, and Neha and her out-of-town friends. The dish I got was pretty bland and wasn't to my liking. Prices were a little steep too. But I got to talk to S for a while about a lot of things and that was good.

After I left them, I went to Kristy and Caroline's party. About 14 of us went to UltraBar near Chinatown. The place used to be Home and I definitely didn't like that place. But now, the new place has nice decor, a MUCH BIGGER dance floor and lasers all over the place! It definitely screamed trendy nightclub based on the decor. But the crowd wasn't. We still had a great time dancing. There are 4 floors to this place and we checked out every floor and danced for a bit. It was strange to meet ppl from high school there though. I recognized a few people and I actually remembered one of the girls' name. I stopped her and said her name and she was confused. I told her I went to Marshall and said my name. She went and got her guy friend who also went to my hs. They told me they were having a birthday party for a girl and that I should stop by at the back of the club (which I never did! Oops.) I didn't really know them. Most of them I only knew by their faces. The girl I remembered was a classmate of mine from middle school too but I never talked to her in high school. My friends and I were dancing at the back of the club too though and I only saw the guy with a bunch of other people I didn't know. So it would have been awkward... -_-

Saturday morning, I got up for a Circle K event after 4 hrs of sleep. We hosted our 8th annual Lost in DC event, which is a huge scavenger hunt for all the Circle K clubs in our region. About 50 people showed up that day and they went around DC taking pix and finding answers to trivia questions and had a lot of fun. So that event took up most of the day. And afterwards, I went to Victor's 21st birthday happy hour. We had champagne on the rooftop of the bldg he lives in. From there, you can see all of DC! We went to dinner at Bistro D'oc, a very nice French restaurant. The food was ammmmazing! I had crispy duck confit and the duck meat just melted in my mouth. It was so tender. The service was incredibly bad though. They were so rude to us.

I went to Relay For Life a little later because of the birthday dinner. I really wanted to stay and celebrate some more though. *-* Relay wasn't as much fun as last year. This was GW's first time hosting Relay. They used to do it with American U. We didn't have that many people from our circle k club this year either. But I ended up staying up all night anyway cuz they were blasting rock music... So I got back to my room at 7am and had 3 hours of sleep before getting up for Victor's bday brunch. I invited Qi over to join us too cuz we were going to Perry's in Adams Morgan. They have this amazing brunch which is also accompanied by a drag show. We had sooo much fun!!!! The drags were hilarious and so provocative. And my hot Venezuelan gay dancer, Enrique, was there too! Qi got a lap dance from him! ^___^ And she loved it! The finale was off the hook! One girl from the audience flashed her boobs to the whole place. Even the performers were shocked! And Matt got a very nice taste of dessert... LOL!

And that was my sleep-deprived, fun weekend. And my head's been all groggy today because I slept so much yesterday. Aiiii...
