Today while Googling for alternative nutrition sites, I found a couple of sites that I liked.

Active at Any Size is a booklet on exercise for larger-than-average people. It doesn't mention losing weight at all, focusing on the health benefits of flexibility, cardiovascular, and weight-training exercise. There are pictures of fat people doing these ( Read more... )
