As I said in a post a while ago, my Playstation 3 controller is borked to hell.  From what I understand, the controller has a foam pad in it, which helps the controller understand what button is being pushed.  But over time, that pad wears down, and so the controller gets confused and thinks you are selecting a particular button when you aren't.  ( Read more... )
