saturday through monday

Okay, so I don’t have internet access, so I can’t update like I’d like to - but I am going to keep a journal of everything that’s happened (well, almost everything ;)) and then copy it into my lj. :D
On Saturday I woke up around 8 - I slept so great the night before the wedding, it was amazing. I was pretty happy about that. I spent almost an hour finishing up the packing. I had left the bathroom for sat. since everything was wet from me showering so late the night before. And honestly, by the time that I took the shower at 1:30 a.m., I couldn’t even see straight.
Around 9 a.m. I left to get my hair done. I had finally decided that I wanted my hair to just be blown out - it’s gorgeous that way (according to everyone else) and I was just a tad late. I took my cousin with me, and then we went to qt to get breakfast. Yummy. :D
Craig had come over to the house before I left and I told him what needed to be moved to storage and what needed to go to his house. I was excited.
I then showed my grandparents the house that we’re having built, and they were quite impressed. I dropped them off at my parents house and quick boogied over to the girl’s house who was doing my make-up. She took about an hour, but it was really perfect. Instead of doing fake eyelashes (which was the original plan) she did extenders, which turned out absolutely perfect. I left her and stopped back at the condo to finish getting everything I needed for the honeymoon - and the wedding.
I showed up to the church 2 hours late - but it was only for pictures - so it was okay. I got ready for the wedding and took pictures. Finally, it was time for the wedding.
I walked to “lovely” by michelle tumes. It was absolutely perfect.
We got through the ceremony - and then it was more pictures. We got to the reception, ate, danced, cut the cake, threw the boquet (my sister caught it) and the garter (her boyfriend bought it off the kid that caught it). And finally left to go the resort.
Okay - then the first night was a disaster, including a breakdown complete with tears on my part.
Sunday morning was better. ;) but it’s still not great.
Sunday we went to my parents house and opened all of our presents. That was fun, and we got a lot of really great stuff. We left there, and went to his house to finish packing for the honeymoon, where I took a nap. We finally left.
Sunday night we got up to our first place - and the weather is totally cold. We’re leaving here early on Wednesday morning. It’s wonderful here.
Monday morning we just slept in, then we went to the natural bridge. It was so awesome. We hiked all the way down, and it was perfect. We had so much fun - and unintentionally dressed exactly the same - jeans, green t-shirts (the same color green - similar to an army green) and grey sweaters. We totally didn’t do that on purpose, but it was really funny.
Okay, so, then we went to dinner and now we’re back in the motel room. It’s a really cute room, but the shower is about 2 feet by 2 feet, and if someone flushes the toilet anywhere, you get scalded. But it’s cute. :D
