An Archibishop in Mozambique has stated that two European countries are deliberately making condoms that carry HIV:

The House has passed a bill expanding federal funding for stem cell research and a bill requiring the government to negotiate with drug companies for lower drug prices for Medicare recipients. U.S. 'targets al-Qaeda'in Somalia.

US air strikes in Somalia are aimed at al-Qaeda leaders in the region, and based on "credible intelligence", a Pentagon spokesman has said.

I wish I could have faith in the accuracy, timing, and wisdom of these strikes.
