Roberts Hearings Open Thread
I'm listening to some of the Roberts Senate confirmation hearings, and it's just fucking depressing. Orrin Hatch was talking some shit about how they didn't put up a fight when Ruth Bader Ginsberg got confirmed, which I have a very hard time believing.
Anyone else watching? Thoughts, comments, predictions? Talk to me, people.
BTW, here's a good Senate Judiciary Committe guide. There's 8 Democratic Senators and 10 Republicans... only one woman (Sen Feinstein) out of the whole bunch.
