I'm so happy with how the costume has come together. ^__^ I STILL haven't tried it all on together, I'm leaving that until tomorrow morning when I will hopefully feel more human.

Just got back after a stressy day at work ... I am slowly getting used to the idea that some businessmen really like to enforce the "men are chauvinistic pigs" stereotype. I am SO pleased with how my Tomoyo costume came out. It's better than I expected. It's ... simply jaw-droppingly cute. Even though I do say so myself! I think it's the skirt that does it. Note to self: next time you attempt Yuffie's uber-long headband, make sure you know what the hell you are doing BEFOREHAND in order to save tons of time afterwards, when you *don't* have to unpick hundreds of stitches and start all over again.

Also, NEVER try using stretchy fabric again. The sewing machine hates it.

Expo was good. ^_^ I had a great time there seeing friends and making new friends and hanging out with some really awesome people, and cosplaying again.
