so today was day 1 of being off. i went shopping. how i love shopping. also, how i love shopping when there are major sales. for instance, old navy has all their clearance marked down to cheap and then an additional 50% off. this means i got 3 pairs of dress pants, a dress and 2 shirts for 40 dollars. yay ( Read more... )

I highly recommend "Everything is Illuminated" by Jonathon Safran Foer. It is so good. I read it for the second time, and it was even better this time around.

I  also read the Jon & Kate Plus 8 book. Those kids are so cute. The parents are so not. I mean I guess I would be partly psycho if I had 8 kids too, but I think the book just goes to show how ( Read more... )

I am working 40 hours this week. (Sarcastic) yay!

I am bored. Jake is out for a little while and I am sitting at home eating corn bread and watching TV. I get in foul moods when I know he is actually awake and I don't get to see him. Most of the time he is grumpy and tired or I'm grumpy or tired. It makes for a fun relationship. I savor the hours ( Read more... )

 My Resolutions are fairly simple. I really want to do them, so I only made a couple.
1. Move out
2. Find a decent full-time job
3. Read and art more often (especially during school!)
4. Relax more often (cause I freak out when there's nothing to do and always wake up to early)
5. Stay sane
