I have another ear infection (other ear). I hate... well, just about everything.

I wonder if this is a symptom of something else. I'm tempted to just not have ears any more.

Some Writing-Related Pet Peeves

• Using digits for very small numbers ("She had 3 sisters")
• Incorrect format for dashes ( - - or - )
• Consistent inability to place periods at the end of sentences so that they hang there at the end of a paragraph
• Excessive repetitiveness for no good semantic or thematic reason (ie, an addiction to the word "just")

I don't think that I can do Thursday nights any more. It's one am and I still have two stories to review, one story to finish writing, and a German quiz tomorrow that I'm definitely not going to be able to study any more for. And I need to wake up earlier tomorrow so that I can go by the library and photocopy my reviews and my story.

Experiencing an irrational burst of violent rage. Neither one of my copies of movies for Blockbusters is functioning properly. I got through the first 20 minutes of Khottabych, but with Morozko I couldn't even get past the credits. Whole whole lotta work. Need to do it before Friday morning, when for some godforsaken reason (birthday) I'm meeting my mother in NYC. At this point, I don't want to go, but I can't back out now.

Tylenol doesn't work anymore. Neither does Advil. And it's all my fault.
