I've seen better days
I got my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday. I'm in a little bit of pain, not too bad though. They have me loaded up with OXYCODONE, which is taking the sting out of things. I'm on quarters, which means I am supposed to stay in my room for 72 hrs, and I am exempt from PT. I still plan to sneak out sometime tomorrow to see the Corpse Bride, which looks really good. Once I am off quarters, and I have been checked out at my follow up visit, I should be able to start finalizing my out processing, and leave Ft. Meade. Once I do that I should be able to come home for a visit, however I'm not sure if it will be for 2 weeks through home town recruiting, or 1 week by using my vacation days. Thats still up in the air. I still haven't gotten my official orders from Heidelberg, cause they were withheld till I got done with surgery. Hopefully nothing will have changed.
These drugs they have me on are so good I don't even feel the pain in my foot. It's quite a relief since the damn thing has been aching since basic training. I think I am starting to ramble a little bit, but thats ok, you guys will listen, won't you?
