Madeleine L'Engle has died. This is a sad day.

I was given my first L'Engle book, A Wrinkle in Time, by my first grade teacher as a parting gift. She inscribed the inside cover with, "Let your imagination carry you always." I still have this copy and will pass it on to my children one day. 

As I can not handle myself around books, as soon as I finished Calamity Physics, I headed to Target to pickup New Moon on Saturday, finished it that night, and purchased Eclipse Sunday, only to finish it yesterday.
