in lighter news, i gave him his Christmas gift -- C.S. Lewis' Mere Christianity. he was looking for it for quite some time but wasn't able to find it. i visited powerbooks today on a whim and lo and behold, there it was on the shelf. :) and i gave him coupons to starbucks too.

yeah. i keep bugging him about the time he went to starbucks for mango juice. who goes to starbucks for juice?? (well, i did once, hehe).
this is nice. God's timing is perfect. and i'm enjoying my singlehood, though still nervous about the string of dates that may be set up for me in the coming year as a result of my relatives' desperate attempts to kai shao me with someone of their liking before i give my heart to someone they don't approve of.
