youth sunday
yesterday's youth sunday was awesome. :) Quest headed it, with the YC singing (with some acting & dancing). nice, nice. it's great to sing for the Lord! Praise God that he gave us the energy to finish all 5 services and do them really well, considering that we only practiced the play/dances for two days. we were all in church at 5:30am yesterday so we could do one last tech run. that's because we didn't get to use the stage during the other practices because of the chancel choir's cantata. turned out pretty well anyway. :)
hmm.. someone might be taking over the youth choir starting next year... and though i said i wanted a break, i have mixed feelings about that now. i love conducting the choir.. :) but since the new conductor might only be staying for around 6 months, maybe i can train myself to be better equipped and come back after he leaves. but that's if they haven't found someone else to replace him. :P well, something to pray about.
