Summary: Fees are the cat-human population of the world that just boomed a few years ago. The world didn’t accept it first because it was taking babies and changing them into mutants, into cats. However, that was before people found out they could be used for their personal gain without repercussions. We use them for sex, for cleaning, for gifts, for entertainment. But always sex. The year’s 2XXX and this is the story of Fee 1029.
Note: Ok there are a lot of excuses i could give for not writing this in a timely manner (ie - going to florida, having my computer crash, having to use my sister's computer when she's stingy...) Yes a lot of things but i wrote it finally and hope no one hates me. This is the last chapter and i wrote an epilogue because i didnt really want to add another chapter but this one made me feel like it was unfinished sort of (as the last chapter and all) Im sorry if this doesnt answer your guy's questions about the story or if this doesnt fill the holes. But overall, i hope you enjoyed it and please comment <3
**Another note: I really dislike fics that switch POVs but i believe that in this chapter, it is very necessary. if this inhibits some of you guys from reading it, i'm sorry

I remember, when I was rather new to the estate, Ryeowook telling me of a fairy tale where the princess wasn’t a princess at first. She had to work day and night while no one cared about her. They ordered her around like she was a servant or slave but she wasn’t, she was a part of the family. I remember being surprised and having a fit with Ryeowook that almost ended in me crying because that wasn’t very nice of the family. However, the other calmed me down enough to explain the rest of the story and she ended up being the princess of the land. I told my caretaker that I wish one day, my life would be like that. He didn’t say anything back to that, just a sad smile I couldn’t decipher at my young age.
But now I know, that story will by my life. My prince has told me he cared for me and I was convinced that my day’s suffering would end. He will sweep me off my tender little feet and we’ll ride off toward the sunset in a carriage made from an orange! I don’t really like pumpkins that much any way…
My relationship with Yunho has only gotten better since that day we made love (Ryeowook told me that when you have sex and you know it’s something special, I mean super special, it is called making love). He’s taken me out to many places with him, like the clothing store, antique store, ice cream shop, and the work building. Even though some would have found it boring, I didn’t mind much because Yunho was always with me and he allowed me holding onto his hand whenever I pleased. It made me feel special.
And even if Yunho wasn’t there to tuck me into bed every night, I always went to bed smiling. He was just in the other room, I knew, and he would be thinking of me just as I was thinking of him. I wrapped my blankets around me tightly, smiling to myself. Tomorrow was just another day full of the mystery and fun that I would no doubt, spend with Yunho.

“Why are you doing this Ryeowook-ah?”
Yunho was standing in the near darkness by the front gate. He was looking sternly, the best he could with the lack of light, at his staff worker. Ryeowook had packed up his bags and had already given Yunho is resignation papers, but he didn’t necessarily believe the papers were worth giving if you were a nanny.
“Please don’t tell me to come back Yunho-ssi.”
Yunho only frowned more and took a step closer so he could see the other’s face a lot more clearly.
“I won’t tell you to come back but tell me. Just tell me why you’re doing this. You’ve worked for my father for-“
“12 years. 12 years Yunho-ssi and do you know how old I am? 23. I’ve worked for your father for a long time but until i was 16, I didn’t get paid for helping the Fees he abused, or when he hurt you.”
Yunho looked a bit disturbed by the information but he knew that something like this had happened to his friend. But were they really friends? He didn’t know the answer to that so he settled with looking down at the ground. Ryeowook grew up in a foster home that abused him physically. And one day, when the father of the house decided he wanted to touch Ryeowook in other ways, he fled and Soo Man picked him up off the streets, using lodging as an excuse for not paying him until he had the guts to ask for it.
“Just… Yunho-ssi, I want to start a life. It’s hard having to see every Fee your father owns abused and eventually thrown away…”
Yunho started to register how many bad things Ryeowook had to deal with in his house when all Yunho did was receive a few punches and hits before going off to boarding school. Ryeowook was there the whole time and even though he didn’t know if his father hit him or not, he knew that most Fees going into the house didn’t make it out alive. It was a miracle that Soo Man died when he did, otherwise Jaejoong wouldn’t have become Yunho’s.
“But what about Jaejoong-ah? He loves you so much… Have you even told him you’re leaving?”
Ryeowook looked down and bit his lip. He looked close to being broken, probably thinking of that Fee that thought of him as a parent.
“No… I haven’t told him but I distanced myself from in hopes that he wouldn’t miss me much. I’m glad that you started to care for him Yunho-ssi.”
He then lifted his head and opened up his backpack. Yunho didn’t have anything else to say because, like Ryeowook, he knew what it was like wanting to be on your own and without the oppressive feeling of others. He watched him grab a rolled up piece of paper and handed it to Yunho.
“I need you to have this.”
“What is it?”
“It’s Soo Man-ssi’s will.”
Yunho took it but stared confused at Ryeowook. He thought that Jaejoong needed to put his name on it first before giving it to him. Why did Ryeowook even have it in the first place?
“Your father would never have allowed a Fee to be in charge of such a precious piece of paper, we both know that. He gave it to me and told me that he trusted that when you showed respect for Jaejoong-ah, then you’d have this. Don’t worry, your name was already in it from the beginning. After all, you are Soo Man-ssi’s only heir.”
Yunho nodded, a little numb with the turn of events. He stared at the paper and bit his lip; he didn’t know what to say.
“I’ve watched you hang around Jaejoong-ah a lot these days and I’m really happy that he finally has someone who will love him.”
“I don’t love him.”
Ryeowook smiled softly at this and put his backpack back over his shoulder.
“I know, but you will.”
Yunho didn’t smile, nor did he stop the other from walking off the property and to a nearby taxi already waiting for him. He just continued staring at the paper he has been waiting for for a very long time now. It would hold the inheritance that he needed to start off his life and it also meant he no longer had to take care of the Fee that he father insisted was his.
But Jaejoong was never his. He never wanted Jaejoong and he didn’t want him now. He only spent time with him in hope he would get the will from him and now that he already had it, what use was having him around?
Yunho turned around and headed back inside the house. He needed a drink and he needed Yoochun.
-/-/-/-
Yunho had disturbed Yoochun’s precious sleep with a slightly rushed and urgent phone call telling him to get his ass in his overly large house and sit on his couch so they could have a chat. It took the other about 10 minutes to knock on the large front doors and do as he was told.
“What the hell is this about? There was a very nice piece of ass in my bed I’ll have you know.”
Yunho could care less about Yoochun’s sexual situation.
“I need to talk to you.”
There was a pause as he tried to gather his speech while Yoochun laid down on the couch, all but ready to fall asleep. He knew that the reason he was here was because Yunho ‘wanted to talk’ but seriously, couldn’t he just get to the point?
“I have my father’s will.”
Yoochun had his eyes closed and he mumbled some words that didn’t quite make sense to Yunho so he threw a pillow cushion at him.
“Yah! Pabo, I’m talking to you!”
Yoochun groaned as he sat up, rubbing his eyes. He pouted but Yunho disregarded his looks by telling him exactly what happened with him and Ryeowook outside. Yoochun’s face changed from sleepy to a bit concerned. He looked upstairs after the information stopped and he frowned.
“So are you done with him?”
Yunho looked down but nodded his head.
“I think so… I didn’t really like him in the first place any way. I hung out with him so that I could get the will.”
“And since you already have it…”
Yoochun looked at Yunho with a raised eyebrow. He didn’t agree with his friend using Jaejoong like that but it wasn’t his place to tell him. Plus, Jaejoong wasn’t a person, he was a Fee. In their society, there was a huge difference between the two and so it wasn’t essential to care about them.
Yunho leaned back in the chair and looked at the ceiling. He was hoping that his friend could tell him what to do but instead, he was making him think. What a true friend you are…
“I think I’ll give him away to someone. I can tell them that Jaejoong is barely used, trained properly, soft spoken, easily attached, nice, pretty, kind, small, beautiful….”
Yoochun covered his mouth as snickered at Yunho. He glared at him.
“Yah, what’s so funny?”
Yoochun smirked as his friend failed to realize he used two different words to say Jaejoong was cute and stopped describing what the buyers wanted to hear after soft spoken. He used all those adjectives to tell Yoochun what his heart wanted but he didn’t even know it.
“Your face. Now back to Jaejoong-ah. I think I can take him off your hands.”
Yoochun stood up and smiled, a little too smug like in Yunho’s opinion, and he immediately stood up too. He opened his mouth to say something but nothing came out so Yoochun started walking up the stairs to Jaejoong’s room. Yunho bit his lip and stayed downstairs for a few seconds to think. Why was he upset that Yoochun wanted his Fee? He just said that he was going to give him away to someone so it wasn’t like it mattered. Fuck it.
Yunho ran up the stairs two at a time to catch up to Yoochun. His heart started to beat heavily as he could only imagine that time when Yoochun was suck and licking all over Jaejoong’s chest. Back then, it disgusted him that his friend would stoop to such a low level as to caress a Fee but right now, it only made him angry that his friend would do something like that!
When he turned the corner of the hall way, he saw that Yoochun had already opened the door to Jaejoong’s room but he only took a step or so inside. From the lump on the round bed, he could tell that the Fee was still sleeping. Glaring, Yunho walked over to Yoochun and leaned close to whisper to him; it would only make matters worse if Jaejoong was awake.
“Don’t wake him up, we have to talk about this first.”
Yoochun turned his head and looked at Yunho, a mock confusion written on his face. He slowly started to take steps toward Jaejoong’s bed while still locking eyes with Yunho. The older man started to slowly freak out because his friend had all intentions of waking the Fee up and so to stop him, he quickly stepped forward to grab his shirt so Yoochun wouldn’t be able to touch the bed. However, Yoochun only leaned back more and sat a little suddenly on the bed. The unexpected movement on the bed woke Jaejoong up and he sat up quickly. Yunho inwardly groaned at this sour turned situation.
