It's been raining all day so far. And between the rain earlier in the month and the 8+ inches of snow that fell and then melted last week, the ground is pretty much soaked. So, it might come as no surprise that we have a bit of a lake in our backyard right now.

I've known for several days that we were going to get an assload of snow tonight/today. But they keep making it worse! First it was a winter storm warning and something like 6-12 inches snow. Then it was a winter storm warning, with 8-14 inches. Then it was a blizzard warning, still with 8-14 inches, but this time with 45 mph gusts of wind. >_Then ( Read more... )
