Despite Little Man feeling ill, we wanted to kick-start our Advent celebration by putting up our Christmas tree. We also hoped it would help him feel better after the tummy bug he managed to pick up on our Thanksgiving travels.

My friend has a huge fan support base, and has made at least something of a peace with the mother she hasn't seen in 15 years to get through things. She did get a car to replace the one in the wreck and a car seat, so here's hoping things go ( Read more... )

I'll be leaving for my parents' house today. Gail-chan, I will try very hard to be online Sunday.

Things are going great, but there's a time crunch on emptying our house. With the baby, we're not getting much done, so my husband gets to do all the work. XD

I must be gorgeous, because I slept for four hours this afternoon. XD I felt dizzy and over-exerted from standing and walking through church and getting the Skig fitted for a tux.

Feeling better, albeit still very worn down. Life is good, if exhausting. XD

I had a good Mother's Day. I woke up at 6:30, but the Skig had slept well, so I got out of bed and fixed my coffee and dressed and such. ^^ My husband had left a vase of roses and a wonderful sweet card by my coffee-maker. I cried. XD ( Read more... )

We are finally "officially" over at the apartment; we spent our first night over here last night. Though it was more a camp out than being moved in (we slept on a comfy air mattress on the floor and have basic cooking/refridgerated items) it's nice to be settled at one place or the other.
