Discovered the SEC Info site: it's for the US Securities and Exchange Commission, and it has uploaded copies of all documents filed with it. That's pretty darn amazing, because if you know what you're looking for, or are using the Google advanced search capabilities, you can find a lot.

Odex offers olive branch to anime downloaders: essentially, Odex states it will only take action with regard to anime downloading before Monday, 3 September. I honestly think they've done quite enough damage to their image and reputation as it is, but if the letters for prior downloads stop, then I'm for it.
