Physical therapy is proceeding apace. Flexion in the knee is increasing; was 85 degrees last week, 110 yesterday. Still sore as fuck after PT, of course, but improving, which is the point of it all. Back in January I started tweaking a biscuit recipe for my particular dietary needs (gluten and dairy free), and as of last night's batch I think I have dialed it in. The folks who make "veggie slices", which has been one of my options for fake cheese slices, apparently reformulated their product to add ... more milk to it, which explains why the last two times I tried the newest pack I've had stomach issues.
