Day three of a clean living room, dining room, no dishes in the sink, plus dinner on the table by 6 pm. Ed's enjoying it while it lasts.... because it won't. Cleanliness seems to last only fleetingly since I'm the only one who actually does any real cleaning around here and I get fed up easily.

What am I doing? Playing on my phone. What should I be doing? Cleaning my house because we are hosting a game night and my house is quite disorganized. I've cleaned the livingroom only to have Aeryn decide to pull every toy off the shelf. I do have some laundry going at least.

Gram ended up with a broken rib.  I try to keep our conversations to a minimum so I didn't get too many details from Mommy Dearest.  (Now that her mother is not in mortal peril I can return to calling her by her evil nickname.)   She still drives me crazy.

Nothing interesting
Went to Wal-Mart and spent way to much money on groceries. It's crazy how much money food can cost when you're trying to eat healthy.

Finished putting away laundry.

Straighened and vaccumed the livingroom.

Put a roast in for dinner.

Played with Aeryn and had a 5 minute conversation with her. Too cute.

Aeryn has been sleeping for almost an hour now so I've taken this rare opportunity to get some stuff done! I was finally able to sweep the kitchen, wash 2 & 1/2 days worth of dishes, pull out pre-pregnancy clothes that I will should fit into, straighten up a bit around the house, get dinner started and post on LJ ( Read more... )
