God my Father is so annoying, my two siblings go to high school and have this week off. Me being a Uni student does not, but he thinks just because he's getting them to do stuff like weed the garden I should be doing it too. We kinda hoped that we wouldn't get the car today as the RACQ said we could get up to five days free accommodation if the car wasn't ready, but it was ready. Our plans did change a bit tough, we were going to go back on the 8:30am ferry but instead we went on the 11:30 so we could have breakfast at the bowls club with a lot of the people who were ( Read more... )

I saw a few I knew at Orientation, two from high school, be we weren’t really close or anything so I just waved. But I saw David which was really surprising as he was a first year when I was. On Saturday we did some shopping in Chinatown and moved into the unit we had been going to stay in for the week as we didn't want to lose the $100 deposit and still needed somewhere to stay for that night. We thought it might happen, but I really hoped it wouldn’t. She was scheduled for an operation on her heart on Monday, because her heart wasn’t getting enough blood, but they had to put in a temporary pacemaker on Friday morning, and she just went downhill from there, until at about 6:30pm we got the bad news. As you know my Grandmother is very sick in Brisbane,  but now we know for sure that I as well as my family have to go and see her tomorrow and will need to stay in Brisbane. She needs an operation, like I told you but we are all afraid she won't last that long.

It's the week holidy in the middle of term at Uni but I have more work than ever to do. Since my Grandmother is in hospital I got an extension on compassionate grounds for another week to create my NURBS violin in Maya.
