Heavenly Electrolux

Well, as a vaguely bisexual atheist who supports porn, the right to choose, equality 'tween all sexual, racial, and gender identities, and has no patience for most organized religions, or blind faith, I'm glad to be left with all the good musicians and interesting people. Though if the devout had been sucked up, they probably could have freed up some resources for us.

So according to what was this supposed to be the Rapture? I mean, that would have been interesting. For it to hit one week after graduation, when I already had fears that the world ends after college... But it does not. So I just giggle, and light more scented candles.

So graduation went off without a hitch, despite my horrid whining last time (Thank you guys, by the way). Not proud of the papers, but I am grateful to the professor. Failed the assignment, but not the course, and therefore not college; I even got out with a pretty decent cumulative GPA. The grad ceremony itself... well, it was raining enough that we had to go to the gym, where it was crowded, noisy, slow, and they still got my fucking name wrong. I was hyper and freaking out, again, but everything that mattered happened right. I graduated, and Granny came to see it ^_^ Now I'm living out of boxes, on my parents' couch. That should be a motivator for me.

To do to move out:
- follow up on this referral my therapist sent me.
- get a prescription for ADD meds.
- start resume
- look into places to apply

To do to gain some personal satisfaction:
- write something. anything.

To do because I've started:
- finish Supernatural. Because I have a season and a half left and it's screwy and angsty, bizarre honestly scary, and stomps on my heart but it's like candy with a bitter aftertaste - I subdue the aftertaste with more candy. Or something.

And speaking of ADD meds, I started this entry four hours ago in the hopes of writing a nice long ramble about college. Little things, like how potsmoke will always make me feel nostalgic for first year Spring semester, that beautiful little single room and my early days of Naruto fandom.
Instead, I think I just spent the last 4 hours on Misha Collins's Twitter, the Supernatural TVTropes page, and other things I don't remember. Because I clearly need those meds. And sleep.

LJ is a good go-to for doing something productive. Should work through all those memes I've saved. But not right now. Instead, here's a link to the music one from a while back, because I think at least someone will know the rest ;)

Happy Birthday to everyone whom I've missed saying it too. _naki, best wishes to you and Clompers. BN friends, happy anniversary. To everyone at Smith, good luck :) Talk to you guys soon.
