What A Crazy Three Days
Too bad I have to start a whole new class tomorrow, Calculus III, ARGH!!! Oh well, time moves on. Anyway, about my "3 day weekend" it was very fun :) Friday, Laura and I went to Chili's for lunch and then went to see the Fantastic Four. For people who want to see it, it an ok movie, it does have humor in it but afterwards I felt that there was so much more they could have done with it. But overall it was very fun to hang out with Laura since we haven't seen each other since graduation and probably haven't really "talked" in years, so it was nice to get caught up with everything that we're doing and planning to do with out lives. I admire how she has everything planned out, she's definitly going to be very successful :) Saturday, didn't really start out with a bang, if it was it was probably my lungs in the morning after mowing 3 yards. Afterwards I took a 5 hour nap and felt like I could have stayed asleep for so much more if I didn't notice my phone was flashing. John called just to say hey, afterwards I called Emily to see if anyone was doing anything. Turns out the ladies (and me I guess) were going to just head out and do stuff. I picked up Emily and went to Karen's house, turns out Karen and Alex wanted to dress up in their prom dresses for no apparent reason other than that they were bored. So after we dragged Emily back to her house to get her changed for the occasion, we all went to Jims. Weird, I know, but I guess we all do weird things when we're bored. And yes, more than one comment was made about me looking like a pimp, at least this pimp was around three beautiful ladies :) Afterwards, Matt showed up and we all went back to Emily's house to get changed (they did). We stood in front of her house for 20 minutes afterwards disscussing what we're going to do. Adult Video Megaplex it was!! Honestly, people are right, I don't see how you can imagin me in a porn store but twice in the past year I was dragged along to go. I blame my slow reflexes and my lack of sleep on this one lol It's actually funny to go there because it's really funny and stupid on the things that they will create for your "pleasure." Plus I don't think I will ever play Audioslave and Staind without thinking about that store since that's what they played in there. GREAT SONGS TOO, NOOOOOOOO!!!! After that little adventure I was tired beyond belief but they wanted me to go with them to Walmart, here we go again :p Nothing really special there, I sat in a chair and didn't want to get up, surprise surprise. I was surprised at the CD collection they had, I guess I never realized since they're all edited >:( I'll have to go back there since they were CHEAP!! After it was all said and done, Karen dropped off everyone and I headed over to John's to spend the night since he called and asked. Ended up staying up till 5 in the morning playing a really fun but stupid alien game on the PS2 What was I on?? Only got 4 hours of sleep and had to head home to mow 2 yards. Honestly I keep telling myself not to work on limited amounts of sleep, but I never listen anyway. Afterwards, turns out there was a "reunion" at the card shop with me, John, Colleen, Tomas, Jay, Hap, and PROXY, DAMN boy where the hell have you been?!?!?! Other people showed up too that we haven't seen in a while so that made it more fun :) Nothing really happened, just hung around and went places till I decided to head home and now I'm typing this. What a weekend, it was definitly fun and I hope I have 6 more of these before I head off, that's right, I only have 6 more weeks left to live here :'( We'll see what happens, I know I wanna spend the rest of my time with the friends and family that I love so much :) BTW, I got an A in chemistry, go me!! :)
