If There Was A Single Day I Could Live,
A Single Breath I Could Take,
I'd Trade All The Others Away.
The Blood's On The Wall,
So You Might As Well Just Admit It.
And Bleach Out The Stains,
Commit To Forgetting It.
You're Better Off Empty And Blank,
Then Left With A Single Pathetic Trace Of This.
Smother Another Failure
Lay This To Rest
Console Yourself,
You're Better Alone,
Destroy Yourself,
See Who Gives A Fuck.
Absorb Yourself,
You're Better Alone,
Destroy Yourself.
I'll Chain You To The Truth,
For The Truth Shall Set You Free.
I'll Turn The Screws Of Vengence,
And Bury You With Honesty.
I'll Make All Your Dreams Come To Life,
Then Slay Them As Quickly As They Came,
Smother Another Failure
Lay This To Rest
Console Yourself,
You're Better Alone,
Destroy Yourself,
See Who Gives A Fuck.
Absorb Yourself,
You're Better Alone,
Destroy Yourself.
See Who Gives A Fuck.
Failure.
If There Was A Day I Could Live,
If There Was A Single Breath I Could Take,
I'd Trade All The Others Away,
I'd Trade All The Others Away.
Sorry for all these song lyrics but I've been listening to some killer tunes lately and these lyrics are really awesome in their own respective way. Plus I really don't have much to say :p Got a 93 on my chemistry test and took my lab final, both I'm very happy about. I took a 6 hour nap today and it felt so good to wake up and feel rejuvenated, I haven't slept for more than 6 hours in one night the past 2-3 weeks, since I'm a guy you know that doesn't go over well for me. Anyway, that's about it; been listening to a lot of Lamb of God and Testament lately, for those who don't know they are not Christian rock bands, more like the exact oppposite: Thrash/Death/Black metal (personal favorite stuff). I just downloaded Lamb of God's "Ashes of the Wake" album and listened to it, now I wanna go out and buy it. Which reminds me, I counted that I have 194 CDs in my collection with TONS more I wanna get or listen to, some from Opeth, Lamb of God, Testament, Dream Theater, Symphony X, Megadeth, Iron Maiden, etc. Waiting for the new Disturbed, Korn, and System of a Down CDs to come out this year and REALLY hoping for new Tool, Slayer, and Metallica albums, but I shouldn't get my hopes up on that. I just love music, call it an addiction if you want to I don't care, at times there nothing better than to just blast my ears off with something heavy like Slayer or Venom, or just chill and relax to rock like U2, Coldplay, or Breaking Point, all great stuff :)
