IAB Official Report Regarding Grossman Case
After two months of investigations, Internal Affairs Sgt. Bart Pickler finishes and delivers his report to the Internal Affairs Board for review.
Very late on Friday afternoon, the following mandates are issued by the Board as a result.

* Lieutenant Anita Van Buren is ordered to attend a set of leadership classes.
* Detective Nina Cassady is temporarily transferred out of the 27th precinct and to the 24th precinct, Manhattan Narcotics.
* Detective Millicent Vizcarrondo is cited for two instances of being in violation of the Department's Conflict of Interest code and is issued a written warning, along with being ordered to attend an ethics training session.
* Detectives Edward Green and Michael Logan are cited for endangerment of a prisoner and are each issued a written warning.
