My apologies that this comes in email form. Late yesterday (Friday) afternoon, the brass informed me that Detective Wheeler was to be reassigned, temporarily, back to the task force that she and I both started out on. She will be leaving tomorrow afternoon to teach police procedure in Europe for an indefinite period of time. It could be as little as a couple of weeks or as long as they end up needing her.
