sooo i haven't written in over a month.
i graduated, it was ok, yada yada. i'm glad to be done with rwu. went home and had an awesome party the week after. people got pretty trashed lol. good times.
and i moved! i'm living in this new apartment with kim and sheila. it's nice. i really wish i could be around more to enjoy it but unfortunately i have been working a lot and most of my time home is spent eating or sleeping (not like anyone is awake when i get home at 2am anyway). oh the joys of saving up money. buttt next weekend is kim's birthday and 4th of july so i can have some fun!
until then...i am working 72 hours this week. it's gonna suck but the check will be nice! i'm keeping up with sleep ok but it's really taking a toll on my body already. standing 12+ hours a day pretty much makes you hurt all the time. had today off so i'm just chillin out, went to eat with nate and eric and then came home and took a nap on the couch/watched tv, which i plan on doing for the rest of the night! i do enjoy being a bum now and again.
so i don't really know what i'm doing after the summer. bcc sucks a fat one and lost my application, which i didn't find out til wayyy too late, and by the time i reapplied it was too late for them to accept me. so now i have a meeting with the admissions guy before work on monday to see what i can do. hopefully i can just go there as general studies and take my prerequisites so that i can be a full time student again. this is key, as a) i need health insurance, and b) i wouldn't have to start paying my loans yet, which i definitely can NOT afford right now. so i hope that works out. otherwise...who knows.
besides that, things are going okay and i am generally happy. not having homework anymore is nice! and i get to spend a lot of time with nate since we have the same schedule now. i love him :D
i wanna start going to the gym. i can only go three days a week, but it's better than nothing. i can obviously go running without one, and i did this week, but i wanna do some lifting and stuff. rwu's gym is really cheap for alumni, and really big and has everything i want, but no one else here went there so i'd have to go alone all the time and that would suck. and bristol total fitness is not worth the amount they charge. nate and i looked at this place in seekonk that i liked and that rates aren't too bad...but it's 20ish minutes away. is that too far to drive for a gym?
umm yeah that's about all that's going on in the life of alicia. time to resume my position on the futon.
