(no subject)
Last night turned out to be a blast. Here I am thinking I'm ust going to play my guitar, when the next thing I know, there's an auzzie telling me that there's a soccer game going on tonight between croatia and turkey. the stadium is only about two blocks away, and tickets were about $2.50, how could I refuse?
I ended up meeting some random guys from zagreb here, and we cheered on the game. I thought it sucked (end result: tie 2-2), but they said it was a good game and decent, because no one really cares for turkey anyway. then we hit the pubs. it's always a good time when your with a group of guys drinking, when collectively they have the language capability of a ten year old, and myself having the knowledge of a toddler when it comes to speaking croatian. we played darts, my team lost, I don't want to talk about it.
After a long night, waking up at 10:30 is not too shabby, besides, dom comes tomorrow... so close, yet so far. I haven't seen anyone I know in over three weeks, I think that's the longest ever. it'll be great to actually see someone and go hey! I know that guy! long story short, my journal entry is done. time for breakfast.
