[Alpha turns on the communicator absentmindedly, not paying much attention to it. There's some general rustling and clattering noises; she's tidying up the apartment. After a minute she picks up the device.] Ah, I meant to ask...Anemone? You mentioned having us move to the Horton apartments, didn't you? Um, is there still space available? I've been thinking about it....not until this weather settles down, of course, but once it does, perhaps...maybe I should ask Cube about it first.

[There's a small clunk as she sets the comm on the counter and the sound of fading footsteps as she walks away into the apartment. She returns a moment later, sounding confused. ]
