Hey! Wonderful, educated, and otherwise awesome people of my f-list! I have a question for you. It is relevant to my NaNo, although I have sufficient placeholders and variables that it doesn't need to be answered today (or even by the end of November).
Do you know of any mythological traditions on Earth where the trickster deity (Loki, Coyote, etc.) is in fact a goddess rather than a god? I'm drawing blanks over here.
(I'm not planning on importing the myth cycle wholesale, but more, I want to see examples so I don't just end up genderflipping Loki or something. ugh ugh ugh why do I keep having to make up pantheons. Why is worldbuilding hard. My life, etc. etc.)
