I've always though of Eris as a trickster type deity, what with the stirring up shit for the lulz and all. Discord isn't quite the same as trickster but it's close enough.

(This one is not entirely unlike a goddess of discord in some ways. Stirring up shit for the lulz is a pretty good description.)

Hindu mythology- Mohini is a female trickster deity, avatar of Vishnu.

Greco-Roman- Apate/Fraus was also a goddess of treachery/deceit- and the origin of the word "fraud," incidentally.
