Yesterday I had my first session at the gym with the trainer. She did a fitness test to determine endurance, etc. I am ever greatful for boxing because I did 40 push ups in a row, granted only 12 of them were on my toes. I also did about 60 crunches. I have been sick of late. Siiiick. My boss offered me a sickie on Wednesday as he wanted me to be on "full strength" for the next day because  Rod would be gone by then.
