So today was my first Adrenaline challenge workout. I took my Stability ball, my kettlebell and my four year old over to the local park. They have a bar that I can use for pull-ups.
So I managed as follows;
Push-ups 3 x 25 = 75
Pull-ups 4+2+3 = 9
