Made an iron door knocker. Still need to connect the knocker to the head. Took a metals castings class and I'm finishing up my ceramics class at Ox-Bow, a nice school/art facility in the woods. Hopefully there'll be an update on the CG side of things soon!

Working some more on my game, LightSwitch. When I finished the project last semester for class I felt like it was a bit rushed towards the end, so I really want to polish it up this semester and add a lot more content (this is part of my 3D independent study).

Texturing the head.. Took me forever to figure out how to do the freckles the way I wanted. Just made something quick in photoshop and voila. Mudbox makes texturing so easy. Might up the contrast to make the freckles more intense.

What the title says. A lot of in progress sort of stuff. I need to upload my sketches and background drawings for my animation and stuff. Too many ideas so little time (which is a good thing, since I've been stuck with virtually no ideas for a while..).

Anyway, I finally finished the low poly version of the girl's head. No more weird ears.

Had a real lousy week followed by a pretty good week. My normal mapping issue is solved (it's just easier to transfer normal maps from the high res version to the low res version in Topogun.. as well as displacement).
