well this party seems to be turning into a whole city event. some of the best bands from around here are playing. lotsa kegs. hundreds of people and the police dept is shutting our street down so we can walk freely from one house to another. yay! i hope all my friends and fam can make it.

within the next few days I will officially be a resident of the southside. My mom helped me paint my room so that looks awesome. My aunt and uncle helped me rip up the carpet so I have pretty decent wood floors and today I went and bought oriental rugs and my pillow top full size comes within the next few days as does my antique looking dresser. Another New Year. This one was lovely. Went to the Wildflower to see the Ooftah Boys. Then over to Mike and Alix's to watch the ball drop. Good people. Each New Year's Eve we put so much pressure on ourselves. We say things like "next New Years Eve I'm going to have a blast and have this amazing group of friends and true love to kiss at midnight."
