I tend to watch CNN in the morning because it's a lot less grating than most of the morning shows, or MTV2 (which is what I used to watch back when they showed videos). There's also fun to be had in seeing the news as it happens, and then correlating that with whatever they talk about on the Daily Show that night. Sort of a game of prediction ( Read more... )

As I may or may not have mentioned, I use my television as an alarm clock. I used to listen to the radio, but the DJ's were starting to get on my nerves and the music was stale and blah blah blah.
