So, I've moved everything into my new place, mostly unpacked but not fully, which is annoying.  
I love it.  Its cute and makes me pretty happy.  
For now, still no net connection, at least not that works.  So, for now, that is all.

So yes, the hunt is over. I know its sad, right.... but alas I found a home!!!
1) Yes I am going to live alone. No I cannot "really" afford it, but I will anyway. lol.
2) Apartment in Manette.
