So I am quitting smoking...
So I am quitting smoking, yes... again.
I think I am going to restart my blog thing, keeping me "accountable" to no smoking seemed to work about the best. I still have some patches leftover as well- but last time they made me a little crazy, so we will see....
Today was day one. No cigarettes all day at work or on the way home. It got pretty stressful a few times too. Its not like I couldn't get a smoke from any of a dozen or so people I work with. I haven't really told anyone at work yet though... is that weird of me? Should I post a sign or something, something similar to a "don't feed the bears" sign?
So I am going to restart that "smoking blog" where I have a specific usergroup and if you're interested I will endlessly and annoyingly update you on the progress. I hope that with this I can get the support and be guilted into behanving too. Lol. So if you were on it before- guess what, you still are. If you want in, post here- if you want out... you're a jerk- er... post here. Thanks!
I have to quit. I want to quit. I am afraid I am going to drag AJ (deeper) into the realms of smoker (ie: actually addicted, not just social smoker...) and so for my own health and for his I am going to do it this time. (god help me if I have to eat those words.)
In other news, I got my first textbook in the mail today! :D Its used- but beyond the little yellow sticker it looks BRAND NEW- take that UW bookstore! Tree... going back to school... :D I need to go get my Huskey Card though- Maybe I can do that Friday... why not!? (cause I am a lazy butt...)
