*Glee* I'm 18!!!!!!! Bring on the Hustler and Playboy Magazines!!! Er... just kidding. I don't have any... hidden underneath my bed in Regina or anything... of course. >.< Man, I just can't be funny can I? Oh well.
Anyway: YAY! I'm home for my birthday again! I love how Luck manages to pull strings like that. Hopefully I can have a happier "party" this year or whatnot, and I'm praying that no one has to work tomorrow cause I dunno about you guys but to be blatantly honest: I want to get pissed fucking drunk tonight. (Or... tomorrow night. I dunno, It's 2:30 in the morning. You make the call)
Man, Express is getting better. I dunno, I'm just having more fun this year for some reason. For the most part, everything was pretty usual. Daily routine: Wake up between the hours of 6:30 to 10:00, hop on bus, drive to Provincial Park, do annoying walkabout, free time, soundcheck, food, performance, go to new hotel, etc... However, there were a few good things that happened. One: I finally told Larissa to Fuck off, and stop being a bitch to me. And, despite the fact that the following argument, and an hour or two of feeling like shit afterwords wasn't exactly good, I actually feel alot better in the end! Heck, I even feel more comfortable talking to her, and performing with her on stage and shtuff, so that's cool. Two: Worst-thing-ever. >.< During the second song of one of our shows (which, I might add, starts out with my solo -.-), the Power cut out, and we had to sing without tracks, and the mikes weren't working for a little bit. I was yelling my throat out of commission :D. The cool thing though, was that when we got the power back (somehow the CD player was still going. beats me as to how though), we were still in perfect time with the music, not a single beat off. Damn, I was impressed with ALL of us! :D Three: Crib. I never really realized how much fun a boring game of crib actually is when you're on a four hour bus trip in the morning/at night. Wow. Heck, I'm even starting to get half decent at it! Four: The Good Spirit Inn. (I think that was what it was called) O.O K, if we ever get the chance, and still want to go on a road trip of some sorts say, next year: We hafta stop there!!! Aside from the fact that it's ten minutes away from a beautiful lake, it's also the fact that we were in Cabins when we stayed there. I got Scott to take pictures that he'll e-mail me when he gets the chance, and I'm posting them EVERYWHERE I CAN! Not kidding the slightest bit: the place was amazing. Five: The Fireplace/Stargaezing. On our last night before we left for Regina (so... two nights ago I guess now), we didn't have to get up until around 10, or maybe 11 the next day, so we got the people who owned the Cabins (yeah, this is the Good Spirit Inn or whatever place) to set up a fireplace for us when we got back. Most of the cast and Staff was there for at least part of the night. It was amazingly refreshing. Plus, since we were staying up so late anyway, I layed down on the ground for a li'l bit and did some much missed Stargaezing. The clouds were pretty much out of the way, minus a few. Six: My car. IT'S FIXED!!! Holy shit. When we drove up into the Express building this (last) night, I looked all over the parking lot for it, and when I finally found it, the first thing I did was literally run over, hug it, and say "I missed you Francheska". Wow, being well over a month or two without your own choice of transportation really hurts you know? It's nice to be behind the wheel again. The only glitch is that although it's the best birthday gift I've gotten (and probably will get, no offence to anyone), I'm still technically the one paying for it, just not until I actually have the money. *Cringe* $400 bucks to fix the motor, and get the cruise control back online. At least now I know to check the oil, and change it a li'l more frequently, heh?
And... that's about the gist of my week and a half or so. How'd your guys' days go? Hopefully semi-decent I suppose? I tried to get ahold of Chantal a night or two ago, saying that I'd be home on the 14th (today), and that I expect something to be happening, but since she wasn't home I told her Josh. Hopefully he actually relayed the message onto you.
Anyway, My Costumes just finished washing, I need to hang them up, and then get some freaking sleep. Say hello, goodnight, Happy birthday, and then hello again to the newest official Voter of Canada!!! Night!
