I've been in a declutter kind of mood of late. Not that you'd really know it from looking at the house, but I have been slowly chipping away at it. Recently it's been the closets/clothes. I started journaling again and that by its nature puts me in an introspective mood, and along, with reading the stuff yesterday about the Discardia site, I've decided it's time to do the tough flinging, emotionally and physically. So I was reading this site and there was an interesting concept on it about how to let go of things that are very sentimental to you. It suggested to use a blog or other journal to 'remember' them and still 'keep' the item that's associated with the memory, but not physically have it around... there's a great link to a woman who did this for her ( Read more... )

I weighed in less this morning than I did on Friday... Not by much, but usually I'm up 2-3 pounds from not eating right and eating/drinking more than I should. 1. Clean bathroom (yeah... after being sick I wouldn't wish that on anyone)

2. Undecorate and take down tree Just need to move the tree box to the back.

3. Straighten dining room

4. Straighten craft room... yeah... this will either be a tonight and/or tomorrow project.
