movie calendar
Geez, didn't they just change the LJ header a few weeks ago? I like this one, too.
Anyway, the reason I'm posting was that I decided I needed to look up release dates for summer movies to keep everything straight and, DAMN, I'm going to be seeing a lot of movies.
One each week in June, then a break of a week, then three more, then two in mid August coming out on the same weekend. Nine movies total. I can't remember a summer with that many blockbusters, and I've already seen two with Thor and Pirates!
So, starting next weekend (not this one as I never see movies on opening weekends) I'll be seeing Xmen, Super 8, Green Lantern, Transformers, HP, Capt. America, Cowboys & Aliens, Conan and Fright Night.
Wowsa. I'm going to be poor! And I'll probably see HP at least twice. My mom's birthday is the weekend after it comes out and my brother and his fam will be here so maybe we can make that part of her celebration. The nephew loves all things HP.
I'm still baffled as to why everything needs to be remade within twenty or thirty years but Jason Mamoa as Conan and David Tennant in Fright Night (the first of a love string of "favorite" vampire movies for me) I can handle.
Let's make it three in a row, Royals! Woot!
