[Cosplay] Celestia Ludgenberg Progress Update 2
Been working on my cosplay for the past couple of days and I've hit the snag that I was expecting. Her jacket is being a pain in the butt. I don't think its the costume's fault but the fault that (and this has been true with almost every pattern I've ever purchased) the pattern, even if you cut it the same and correct sizes for the pattern and size you are sewing, they NEVER line up propperly.
I had the thing almost done last night except for the sleeves and the collar didn't f'ing line up like it was supposed to. Like srly WTF, mate! So I had to hack it apart this morning and now I"m heading down the path of making my own pattern for it by using the pattern as a base.
...anyway...I guess I'll work on fixing it tonight... At least I got the shirt and the headpiece finished. The shirt was easy; I purchased a shirt and added the lacy detail. The headpiece I made the pattern and made it. Was surprisingly easy that headband.
