I have a new computer and, so far, it is making writing anything a less frustrating process.
Most of these were quick reads: a short story and a novella (more Murderbot!), a manga graphic novel and a comic volume (both by Rainbow Rowell) and then a novel (which, at ten hours, was still half the length of my current audiobook).
I was reading the news -- I want to say “reading the paper” but that’s really not the right expression for an online news site which doesn’t even have a printed version -- and I had opinions about things which don’t affect me

I ordered a book online -- I would have bought it in person except that my local store did not have it in stock. The book had the same publication date and ISBN as the copy I’d borrowed from the library so I assumed it would be the same, although I know that sometimes books are re-released with a new cover and the ISBN does not change.

It's true - rather strange, but true. It's taken me all evening, and I still haven't managed to beat it into submission. I'm not used to that, and now I'm wishing the whole thing was just html customisable. Why do they have to go and make things difficult for people, anyway
